We were there for 7 days, everything was good, liked its exceptionally nice and magnificent location close to Paris in Summer, bus stop and MacDonald and a good grocery store and a variety of restaurants.

Good location. Only takes 10 min by bus to get to Le Defence underground station. Bus stops are very close to the hotel. The kitchen is small, but you can prepare simple foods easily. There are several shops, restaurants in the nearby location. The staff is helpful. Cheap price.
No air condition, but fortunately the weather was fine. Rooms on the main road side are a bit noisy.

The hotel staff is very attentive to the needs of the guests. I especially liked the kitchenette: you do not have to depend on the restaurants, and can manage your budget effectively. I had requested for a room with a balcony. The staff was very helpful and gave me a room with a terrace since it was available. Would especially recommend this hotel for travellers who need to stay near La Defence (8 mins bus ride away) and who need a kitchenette.

The kitchenette was useful. Comfortable and quiet. To get there, take the rer a to Nanterre Universite and catch the 304 bus to Place de la Boule. The hotel is about 200m further.

Quite cheap in comparison to price, not really far from Paris, just 15 mins by RER and then another 10 by bus, bus stop just next to the hotel. Service nice, but not everyone speaks english, which could make some problems.
We had problem with card-key to our room one day and we had to wait 30 minutes at midnight for someone from the staff to come with new one.

I liked: 1) the convenient location for a conference at Nanterre- Universite. I just walked to Place de la Boule and took the 304 bus, which ran very frequently. 2) having a kitchen, and a supermarket around the corner. So when I came home tired from the meeting, I didn't have to spend a long time in a restaurant but could relax and eat in my room. 3) the WiFi internet connection, which worked very well
Two small problems: 1) my television controls did not work properly and work on them was not completed before I left. 2) Telephone messages left at reception were not given to me promptly-- indeed not until I asked for them did I find out there had been any.

The location, breakfast are good.
Although it is an apartment hotel, it should have daily cleaning, some basic facilities such as tissues, dish washing liquid and more cloth hangers, electric kettle.
